We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, secure, and satisfying from checkout to delivery. Here are the details about how we handle shipping and payments.
Shipping Costs
- For the purchases 1-200 USD: 10$ for the airmail shipping, 30$ for the courier shipping
- For the purchases 201-400 USD: free airmail shipping, 20$ for the courier shipping
- For purchases of 400+ USD there is free courier shipping.
Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Pieces ready to ship are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Custom orders’ processing time depends on GemsPlusLeather schedule and is agreed upon individually for every custom order.
- You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours from your order shipping date.
- Estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days after the order is completed.
- All digital media is available for download immediately after payment is processed. There is no automatic download function for digital media.
Payment Information
- Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal.
- Deposits for Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required to commence work on custom designs. The deposit is not refunded if the order is cancelled by the customer.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled before shipment of your order.
- Prices are listed in USD ($). If you are purchasing in another currency, conversion fees might apply.
