You can see the rose on the pictures and purchase the pattern I've made for this beautiful flower. So far I've made 2 necklaces using this technique. One more fantastic necklace was made by my client who had purchased the pattern and made a beautiful contest piece. Seeing it was a great pleasure for me!
You can make many different beautiful roses using this tutorial. The rose on the main picture is ~2 1/2" (~6 cm) in diameter (with 10/0 beads). However, increasing or decreasing the size of the beads and/or number of the petals you can make bigger or smaller roses as well. Each rose is unique since no one can repeat it precisely.
This listing is for the file with schemas, text and photos only. You can use the beads you like, I've used 10/0, transparent color-lined - they create a "dew effect" on a flower. Pattern is meant for advanced beaders who know peyote stitch and can read the schemas, however, talented brave beginners might try at their own risk. Once you learn how to make such flowers you could make brooches, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, hair barrettes and anything else your imagination could offer :)
